A blank frame is frustrating. Start with the reversible checks below before changing browser settings or touching stored game data.

The play area is blank
Make sure you pressed Play Mindset Go!; we do not download the external game until you ask to play. Give the original game time to initialize. If it remains blank, use the original-site link below the player.
Try the original in a separate tab, then check your connection. A browser extension, site policy or network filter may prevent the embedded version from loading. Do not disable security tools globally. On a managed school or work network, follow its rules rather than trying to bypass them.
Reload without clearing your data
Use the player’s reload button. You will be asked to confirm because a reload can interrupt an unfinished round. This reloads the frame; it does not deliberately clear cookies, local storage or your game account.
Avoid clearing site data as an early troubleshooting step. Game progress may be stored locally, and this companion cannot restore it. Consult Magicave support (opens in a new tab) ↗ before deleting anything important.
The game feels too small on my phone
Use Focus to expand the player within the current page. Use Full screen where your browser supports it. If browser fullscreen is unavailable, the control falls back to Focus. The visible Exit focus control remains available above the frame.
Try a comfortable screen orientation and a current browser. This site’s navigation and guides adapt to small screens, but the internal layout of the embedded game is controlled by Magicave.
My progress looks different here
Browsers may partition third-party storage by the site doing the embedding. A game played inside mindsetgame.online may therefore not share the same stored state as a direct visit to mindset.game, even on the same device.
This site cannot inspect or synchronize the game’s saves, streaks, settings or scores. Do not assume that an account or cloud-save feature is available in a particular version. Check the options actually shown inside your game.
Sound or sharing does not work
Interact with the game first, then check its own audio controls and your device volume. Browser rules may block media, clipboard or sharing features until a user gesture. For persistent trouble, open the original site directly.
Does embedding permission guarantee playback?
No. The site owner has confirmed author permission, but the original server’s framing policy and your browser still decide whether the frame can load. We do not proxy the game, remove protection headers, bypass paywalls or claim that an iframe load event proves the game is running.
Send the right information to support
For a game issue, use the official Magicave support portal (opens in a new tab) ↗. Include your browser and device, whether the original site works, and the puzzle identifier if one is displayed. Never include passwords, payment details or authentication cookies.
